How much change will you receive back. I don't understand percentages that well and need help. Can you give for a step by step explanation for the solution?

Cost of the book is 80 dollars + 0.0825*80 dollars
= 80 + 6.6 = 86.60 dollars

Amount of change, if you have $100, is 100-86.60 = $13.40
