I'm not sure exactly what you want to do with this. First, it is not an equation. Second, did you want to multiply the two trinomials? If so, then this is what you should do:
(5x^4-2x^2+1)(x^2-5x+3)
= 5x^4(x^2-5x+3) -2x^2(x^2-5x+3) +1(x^2-5x+3)
= 5x^6 -25x^5 +15x^4 -2x^4 +10x^3 -6x^2 + x^2-5x+3
Finally, combine like terms:
= 5x^6 -25x^5 +13x^4 +10x^3 -5x^2 -5x+3
