Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
X-squared+5X+6 OVER X-squared+X-6
=[(x+3)(x+2)]/[(x+3)(x-2)]
Cancel the (x+3) factor common to the numerator and denominator.
=(x+2)/(x-2)
