12x+3y=63
Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x+12y=-70.
/2
x+6y=-35
12x+3y=63
/3
4x+y=21
1 x + 6 y = 35 .............1
Total value
4 x + 1 y = 21 .............2
Eliminate y
multiply (1)by 1
Multiply (2) by -6
1 x 6 y = 35
-24 x -6 y = -126
Add the two equations
-23 x = -91
/ -23
x = 3.96
plug value of x in (1)
1 x + 6 y = 35
4 + 6 y = 35
6 y = 35 -4
6 y = 31
y = 5.17
