EQUATION:
x^2 - 3x -4=0
(x-4)(x+1)=0
x=4 since it must be positive

X^2-3X-4=0
(X-4)(X+1)=0
X-4=0
X=4 ANSWER.
X+1=0
X=-1 NO ANSWER.
