What is -4p^2-25?
This is a second degree binomial.
It's second degree because the highest sum of the exponents per term is 2
It's a binomial because there are two terms, -4p^2 and -25
Is that all the instructions ask for?

If you want to factor this polynomial then:
First factor out a negative 1

Now we can factor

So it turns out this quadratic cannot be factored
