I'm guessing you meant "Factorise", having tried the fastest way of getting roots of quadratic equations by the "Factorise Method" first which didn't lead to me finding the roots of the equation, You opt for the next method which solves almost any quadratic equation, but which involves using a predefined formula, the "Quadratic Formula" method. and the formula goes thus: using the general equation for quadratic expressions . I solved mine using the quadratic formula and got my answers to be undefined but still correct having two different roots.
Roots of the equation -> (-19+ sqrt(-359))/12 or -19-sqrt(-359))/12
Where a=6, b=19, c=30 from the general expression for quadratic equations,
