Question 760674: i really need help with problems like this
List the possible rational roots for the equation:

x3 + x2 - 4x + 4 = 0

1. {±1, ±2, ±4}
2. No answer is correct.

Since the leading coefficient is 1, you just list all the possible factors (plus/minus) of the last term 4

They are -1, 1, -2, 2, -4, 4

So the answer is highlighted in red below

1. {±1, ±2, ±4}
2. No answer is correct.
3. {1, 2, 4}
4. {±1, -2}
