steps to (-9x^3+3x^2-15x)/(-3x)
--------
Divaide thru by -3x to get:
3x^2 -x + 5
-------
Use the quadratic formula to solve for "x":
x = [1 +- sqrt(1-4*3*5)]/6
-----
x = [1 +- sqrt(-59)]/6
