My teacher gave us this question to factor (We're factoring trinomials in the form of x^2+bx+c if that helps), and on my calculator it keeps telling me to turn certain numbers into a fraction(I'm using Bagatrix). Can you show me how to do the problem step by step and explain how to turn certain numbers into a fraction?
I've tried to do this:
I've turned the equation in a problem like this, (6x-y) (x...) I have no clue what to insert as the x in the equation, 6x^2+(xy)-y^2, I don't know how to just add it on.
