Question 728802: I am having problems with a problem. The problem is ax^2 + bx + c. Would you please show me how to work this problem out. I want to factor it and is there more than one way to do so.
Answer by josgarithmetic(39617) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Give the full problem description and question. That general form alone, ax^2+bx+c, is not enough information to know if the expression is factorable. Is the expression equated to something? Are you hoping to extract some information from the expression? We must know more about a, b, and c; or we must have an equation with ax^2+bx+c.
