Question 699309: We are to use zero product property on this problem: 9k to the second power=4k
I did this: 9k to the second power minus 4k=0 which was what our teacher told us to do but I don't know what to do after this. Please help
Answer by ankor@dixie-net.com(22740) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
9k^2 = 4k
9k^2 - 4k = 0
Factor out k
k(9k - 4) = 0
Two solutions
k = 0
and
9k = 4
k = 4/9
