20w^2+100w+40

20w^2 + 100w + 40

Notice all 3 coefficients end with zero --> a factor of 10
= 10*(2w^2 + 10w + 4)
Now they're all even numbers --> a factor of 2
= 20*(w^2 + 5w + 2)
That's all you can do.
