I'm thinking this is a trick question:

The zero polynomial is 0 and it is of zero degree and 
it is a perfect square, so if you multiply any polynomial by
the zero polynomial 0, you'll get the zero polynomial 0.

Answer: the zero polynomial which is just 0

I know this is a very trivial answer but taking the question
literally, it is the only correct solution.
