1/4*1/2 MULTIPLY THE ENUMERATORS & THE DENOMINATORS.
1*1/2*4=2/8 ANS.
(1/4)/(1/2) INVERT THE DENOMINATOR (1/2) & MULTIPLY.
(1/4)*(2/1) MULTIPLY NUMERATOR & DENOMINATOR.
2/4=1/2 ANS.
