Answer by ReadingBoosters(3246)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Starting with
13(y-2x)+2/3(x+2)
13y - 26x + 2/3x + 4/3
Convert 26 into a fraction with denominator of 3; 26*3 =78
13y - 78/3x + 2/3x + 4/3
13y - 76/3x + 4/3
13y - 25 1/3x + 1 1/3
