I'm not sure how to start this problem. I know in dividing you would separate the numbers from the letters and exponents. So on this problem I have tried to do -1/3*1/2*-1/3*1/4=(1/72)
then multiply the x^2 and the x which you cant. so i'm so lost on this one. please help!
