3 | 1 5 6 -7 -3
           3 24 90 249
   ---------------------
       1 8 30 83 246

Drop the 1,
3 times 1 is 3,
3 under the 5,
5 and 3 is 8,
3 times 8 is 24,
24 under the 6,
6 and 24 is 30,
3 times 30 is 90,
90 under the -7,
90 and -7 is 83,
3 times 83 is 249,
249 under the -3,
-3 and 249 is 246.
