ANSWER:
(x+8)(x-2)<0
Remove the brackets by multiplying term by term,
x*x - x*2 + 8* x - 8*2 < 0
x^2- 2x + 8x -16 < 0
x^2 + 6x -16 < 0
We can solve this equation using quadratic formula,

Here a = 1 b = 6 and c = -16

==> x < (-6 + 10)/2 or

x < ( -6 - 10 )/ 2

==> x < 4 /2 or

x < -16/2

==> x < 2 or

x < -8

This the required solutions.
