Thanks for the help! I've been stuck on this problem for a few hours now. i cannot figure out how to isolate the θ2.

n1(sinθ1)=n2(sinθ2)

n1(sinθ1)/n2=sinθ2

arcsin(n1(sinθ1)/n2) = θ2

θ2 = arcsin(n1(sinθ1)/n2)
