You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Call the two numbers x and y.
Using the first bit of information x = 3y.
Using the second bit of information 1%2Fx+%2B1%2Fy+=+4%2F21
As you think you can do the rest then finish it off after you are happy with my setting up.
