Hi, there--
What would you like us to do with this lovely polynomial?
I'm guessing that you are supposed to factor it. If that is not correct,
please email me additional information, or repost the problem with instructions.
Here is how you factor it:
14xyz+4xy^2
We can factor out a 2 because 14 and 4 have a common factor of 2.
14xyz + 4xy^2 = (2) * (7xyz + 2xy^2)
We can factor out an x because both terms have an x in them.
14xyz + 4xy^2 = (2x) * (7yz + 2y^2)
We can factor out a y because both terms have a y in them.
14xyz + 4xy^2 = (2xy) * (7z + 2y)
That's all the factoring we can do.
Hope this helps!
