Factor completely.
14y^2 + 63y - 35
note that 14, 63, and 35 all have a factor of 7, factor out 7
7(2y^2 + 9y - 5)
Factor again and we have
7(2y-1)(y+5)
Check this by FOILing (2y-1)(y+5)
