Question 582465: Give each zero and its multiplicity:
x(2-x)(x+3)^2
how do I go about finding these??
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x(2-x)(x+3)^2 = 0
x = 0, 2-x=0, or (x+3)^2 = 0
x = 0, x = 2, or x = -3
The first two zeros of x = 0 and x = 2 are of multiplicity one.
The last zero x = -3 is of multiplicity two.
