Since these are equal fractions .... cross multiply
+3%28x%2B2%29+=+6%28x-1%29+
distribute
+3x+%2B6+=+6x+-6+
subtract 3x from both sides
+6+=+3x+-6+
add 6 to both sides
+12+=+3x+
divide both sides be 3
+4+=+x+
