LCD of the equation is 2x(x-3)
multiply the equation by 2x(x-3)
2(x-3)+2x= x(x-3)
2x-6+2x=x^2-3x
4x-6=x^2-3x
x^2-7x+6=0
x^2-6x-x+6=0
x(x-6)-1(x-6)=0
(x-1)(x-6)=0
x=1 OR 6
