9x^2+12xy+4y^2-25
There is no GCF.
You probably are supposed to factor the expression:
=(3x+2y)^2-5^2
This is the form "a^2-b^2" which factors as (a-b)(a+b)
=(3x+2y-5)(3x+2y-5)
