Answer by fcabanski(1391)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y = (3x+4)/(5-2x) (Multiply both sides by 5-2x)

y(5-2x)=3x+4 (Multiply Y by both terms in the ()).

5y - 2xy = 3x+4 (Get all the x terms on one side, everything else on the other. Add 2xy to both sides, subtract 4 from both sides.)

5y-4 = 3x+2xy (Factor x from the terms on the right)

5y-4 = x(3+2y) (Divide both sides by 3+2y)

(5y-4)/(3+2y) = x
