f(x)= A(x^2+i^2)(x^2-4x-3x+12)
f(x)= A(x^2+1)(x^2-7x+12)

f(1)=A(1+1)(1-7+12)
f(1)=A(2)(6)
f(1)=A(12)=24

divide both sides by 12 to get A by itself
