Question 531485: Problem: 5X^2+75=25X
What I've got so far:
5X^2-25X+75=0
(5x- )(x- )
or (5x-25)(x+3)
I tried to separate the 25X and 75 from the equation and since 25X isn't squared it didn't simplify into 2 sets of parentheses. Then I combined the GCF of 25x and 75 with the 5x^2 and it doesn't multiply out to get the same thing as the problem. I have a huge test tomorrow that might help save my grade so I kinda need some help!

dividing by 5 ___ x^2 - 5x + 15 = 0

the discriminant (b^2 - 4ac) is negative, so there are no real roots (not factorable)
