I need to see step by step what is done so I can fully understand it to be able to do the rest. I have mulitiple questions like these three.
factor. check by multiplying.
1.5x^2+15x
Common Factor: 5x
---
Divide by the common factor to get:
= (5x)(x+3)
------------------
2. 2x^5y^3+18x^3y^2+8xy
Common Factor: 2xy
Divide by the common factor to get:
= (2xy)(x^4y^2 + 9x^2y + 4)
------------------
3. x^5(x+1)+3(x+1)
Common Factor: (x+1)
Divide by the common factor to get:
= (x+1)(x^5+3)
