2^3(r^-5)^-3 I know I'm suppose to use the quotient rule but I'm not sure do I put 8 on top and bring the -36 down and then do I simplify that fraction I'm left with. Thank you for any help.

first use the rule:
any nonzero number raised to a negative power equals its reciprocal raised to the opposite positive power




.........multiply the outer 2 terms (put it as nominator) and multiply the inner 2 term (put it as denominator)
