Presuming your rack is the typical variety that one sees in association with a pool table, then the shape is an equilateral triangle, that is to say the triangle has 3 equal sides, each of which is 1/3rd of the perimeter. To find the length of one side of an equilateral triangle given the perimeter, divide by 3.
