you can add the x squared terms together, the x terms together and the constant terms together. In order to add fractions you need to get a common denominator, so 2/3 + 1/6 would need to be 4/6 + 1/6=5/6
-1/3 + 1/2 = -2/6 +3/6 =1/6, so your x^2 term will be
Do this with the other terms as well. Be careful though when you subtract, because you will need to distribute the negative throughout the parenthesis and then combine the like terms.
