= (11y - 77)/15 * 9y/(y - 7) {when dividing with fractions, multiply by the reciprocal}
= [11(y - 7)]/15 * 9y/(y - 7) {factored 11 out of first numerator}

11(y - 7)(9y)
------------- {wrote as one fraction to see the cancellations}
15(y - 7)

33y
--- {cancelled y - 7 on top and bottom also cancelled 9 and 15}
