Question 463937: Solve. The solution is r=?
2-r/7-r = 5/r-7
I think I may be trying to hard on this one.

Answer by sudhanshu_kmr(1152)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

2-r/7-r = 5/r-7
=> (2-r)/(7-r) - 5/(r-7) = 0
=> (2-r)/(7-r) + 5/(7-r) = 0
=> [2-r +5]/(7-r) = 0
=> (7-r)/(7-r) = 0

r = 7
