You are only supposed to submit one question per post, but since all four answers are so similar, I'll tell you what they are.

Since the degree of the numerator polynomial is less than the degree of the denominator polynomial in all four cases, the quotient for all four of them is zero and the remainder is simply the numerator polynomial.

It is just like doing the integer division that you learned in the 3rd or 4th grade. 1 divided by 3 is 0 with a remainder of 1.
