Plug value of the slope and point(2,-6) in
Y = m x + b
-6.00 = 1.5 + b
b=-6-1.5
b=-7.5
So the equation will be
Y = 3/4x -15/2
......
y-(-6)=3/4(x-(-2))
y+6= 3/4 (x+2)
4(y+6)=3(x+2)
4y+24=3x+6
4y= 3x-18
y=3/4 x -9/2
