Find the roots of the equation by quadratic formula
a= 14 ,b= -45 ,c= -14
b^2-4ac= 2025 + 784
b^2-4ac= 2809
=53
x1=(45+ 53)/28
x1=3.5
x2=(45-53)/28
x2= -0.29
