Let x represent how  long will it take them together to type the essay

Question states*** Per hour the Equalizer

  1/6 + 1/4.5 = 1/x

  4.5x + 6x = 6*4.5

       10.5x = 27

           x = 27/(21/2)

           x = 54/21 = 2 12/21  OR 2 4/7 hr
