Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let H(x)= 2x^3 + 5x - 2
Find H^(-1) (-2).
------------------
The exponent symbol ^ doesn't make sense there.
If you want H(-1) and H(-2)
Let H(x)= 2x^3 + 5x - 2
Find H(-1)
Sub -1 for x
H(-1) = 2(-1)^3 + 5(-1) - 2 = -2 -5 -2
H(-1) = -9
------------
H(-2) = 2(-2)^3 + 5(-2) - 2 = -16 -10 -2
H(-2) = -28
