(2.3x10^4)(7x10^20)
Multiply 2.3*7 = 16.1
Multiply 10^4 * 10^20 = 10^24
--> 16.1*10^24
Move the decimal from 16.1 to 1.61 and add one to the exponent
--> 1.61*10^25
