1st: determine the least common devisor (LCD.)
It is 20x
2nd: Rewrite the fractions so each has the LCD as its denominator.
19/20x -4(5)/(4x)(5) = 19/20x - 20/20x
3rd: Subtract as indicated:
=-1/20x
