I have the 2sqrt12 broken down to 2sqrt3 and 4sqrt27 broken down to3sqrt3. That is where I got my answer from, by adding those.

Simplify
2sqrt12 + 4sqrt27
=2sqrt(4*3) + 4 sqrt (9*3)
=4sqrt3 + 12sqrt3
16sqrt3

2sqrt12+4sqrt27 or 2sqrt(4*3)+4sqrt(9*3) removing the sqrt numbers from the radical we get 2*2sqrt3+4*3sqrt3 or
4sqrt3+12sqrt3 or (4+12)sqrt3 or 16sqrt3
