Question 39838: Need help with the following:
Find the zeros of the polynomial function
f(x) = 2x(x+2)(3x-4)^3 and state the multiplicity of each.

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If 2x(x+2)(3x-4)^3=0
then either
x=0 with multiplicity one, or
x=-2 with mult. one, or
s=4/3 with mult. three.
