First express numerator and denominator as fractions
(5/7) - (7/7)(5) / (1/3 + 3/3) =
(5/7 - 35/7) / (4/3) =
(-30/7) / (4/3) =
(-30/7)(3/4) =
(-15/7)(3/2) =
-45 / 14
