Hi
Note: x^2-4 = (x-2)(x+2)
1/x-2 + 5/x+2 = 7x/x^2-4 |Multiplying thru by (x-2)(x+2)so as all denominators=1
(x+2) + 5(x-2) = 7x
6x - 8 = 7x
-8 = x
CHECKING our Answer
-1/10 -5/6 = -6/60 - 50/60 = -56/60
