all sides of a rhombus are congruent, so if

then just plug it in, and divide the perimeter by 4
+P+=+12%288%29+%2B+28+
+P+=+96+%2B+28+
+P+=+124+
So , if 4 congruent sides equal 124, then 1 side would be
+124+%2F+4+=+31+
so each side equals 31 feet
