(X/X-9)-4=(9/X-9) OR [X-4(X-9)]/X-9=9/X-9 OR (X-4X+36)/X-9=9/X-9 OR
-3X+36=9 OR -3X=-27 OR X=9

There are no solutions because when you plug in nine you get undefined.
