Simplifying by using LCD and combining like terms
If I am understanding Your Question properly:
LCD is 10w
[10w -2(2w - 6y) + 5(4w - y)]/10w
(10w - 4w +12y + 20w - 5y) / 10w
(26w + 7y) / 10w
